Recently, College Nannies + Tutors of Mequon (CN+T) conducted a phone and e-mail Client survey campaign, and the results were amazing: a 4.97 satisfaction rating out of a possible 5 rating.

In addition to scoring levels of service, the survey asked families to explain their ratings. Responses were overwhelmingly positive, for example,

“The one thing we really appreciate about you (CN+T) is your flexibility. Whether it is about our time or needs, you are very responsive to us and we are exceedingly happy.”

The questions asked were based on a 5 point scale with 1 being Not Satisfied and 5 being Extremely Satisfied.

The short survey asked the following questions:

1)Overall, how would you rate your experience with College Nannies + Tutors?

2)How satisfied are you with the thoroughness of our initial family interview?

3)How satisfied are you with College Nannies + Tutors responsiveness to your needs?

4)Describe the level of satisfaction regarding your College Nannies + Tutors caregiver(s) / tutor(s) character in terms of being reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

5)What is your child (ren)’s level of satisfaction with College Nannies + Tutors caregiver / tutor?

What is more impressive, 100% of the participants surveyed said they would refer new Clients to College Nannies + Tutors.
