1A 19-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man, both of Brown Deer, were arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia and the woman also for possession of an unlawful ID after they were found sitting in a car in the 9100 block of North Surf Court at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 1. There was a strong odor of marijuana but both denied smoking the drug, both saying it was cigarette smoke. Police found a pipe, scale, softener sheets, a glass bong more than 14 inches tall, marijuana, weight not available, and more than $100. Each denied ownership of the marijuana and the paraphernalia.
2Two 22-year-old Milwaukee women were arrested for theft of pants and pajama sets valued at $196 from Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 1. The women were seen taking items from displays and putting them into their purses. They were stopped as they left the store.
A felony warrant was issued for a 31-year-old Milwaukee man for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related while armed and a felon in possession of a firearm after a report of domestic violence at 2 p.m. Dec. 6. The man was taken into custody by Milwaukee police Dec. 7. The case is under investigation.
3Two Milwaukee men, 19 and 20, were arrested for underage drinking after a report of men causing a disturbance while waiting for a bus in the 4200 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6. The men, who admitted drinking, had blood alcohol contents of 0.105 and 0.085. The 20-year-old will be 21 on Dec. 30.
4A 26-year-old West Allis woman was arrested for drunken driving after she pulled into a closed business and sat in her car with the lights on in the 6500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 2:10 a.m. Dec. 9. She admitted having 'a couple of vodka drinks' adding 'I (expletive) up. I am so sorry.' She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.18.
5A 40-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for neglect of a child after leaving her 7-year-old at home alone in the 4400 block of West Dean Road at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 12. Police went to the home to return property and after knocking on the door heard a small voice say 'nobody's home.' The woman was called and returned home at once saying her older daughter was supposed to be babysitting. However, that daughter left home before the mother did.
6A 17-year-old Brown Deer boy was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a switchblade and a dangerous weapon on school grounds at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 10 a.m. Dec. 17. The boy was found with two knives, one with a 4- 1/2 -inch fixed blade and one a super automatic 3-inch switch blade, both in his backpack. The boy, who at first was uncooperative with an employee, said he found the knives that morning in his mother's room and he intended to sell them for a 'quick way to make money.'

7An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for theft at H&M, 5765 N. Bayshore Drive, at 10:20 a.m. Dec. 14. An employee stopped the woman and recovered the items but she ran off getting into a car driven by a 19-year-old Milwaukee woman. The car was stopped and the driver was asked if she had anything police should know about. She then admitted she had marijuana in the car and was arrested for possession of 3.3 grams of marijuana and two outstanding warrants.
8A woman was seen taking four or five jackets valued at about $500 and running from Chico's, 5735 N. Centerpark Way, about 1 p.m. Dec. 14.
9A 32-inch Vizio TV and a Nintendo Wii, value not listed, were taken from the 1000 block of West Glendale Avenue between noon and 8:15 p.m. Dec. 14. The front door was kicked in to gain entry.
10A man was a victim of a strong-armed robbery in the 1500 block of West Silver Spring Drive about 9 p.m. Dec. 14. He was waiting for a bus when he was approached by five or six males one asking if was taking a bus and when he said yes, they knocked him down, kicked and punched him and grabbed his backpack. Inside was an Xbox 360, an MP3 player, controllers and ear plugs. The man, who suffered cuts and bruises, said the boys were teenagers.
11A 16-year-old Milwaukee girl was arrested for obstruction, assault with bodily fluid, resisting arrest and a warrant and a 19-year-old Milwaukee woman for a warrant after a complaint of fighting in a room at the Radisson Hotel, 7065 N. Port Washington Road, at 11 p.m. Dec. 14. The room was occupied by a 51-year-old Milwaukee man and five teenage Milwaukee females. The 16-year-old girl gave five false names, struggled with officers, spit on an officer and attempted to bite an officer. The first time she spit, a spit hood was put over her head but she bit a hole in it and attempted to spit again. She continued to be out of control and was taken by ambulance to Children's Hospital.
12A 32-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving after she veered out of her lane almost hitting an unmarked squad car in the 5000 block of Interstate 43 at 2:15 a.m. Dec. 15. She admitted drinking three beers, a glass of wine and 'a shot . . . maybe two' because it was 'my night out.' Her BAC was 0.11.
13A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was mailed a citation for theft/party to the crime of theft after returning stolen items at Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 15. The woman had taken the items from a man who had purchased them and left the bag unattended at another store. She told a Boston Store employee she didn't have the charge card so could they credit her debit card, which they did. That credit was later voided. The woman was reached by phone and said she would come to the police department but when she did not appear, the citation was mailed.
14A 44-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft, obstruction and two counts of bail jumping after taking items valued at $255 from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 8:15 p.m. Dec. 15. He ran out of the store wearing two pairs of stolen jeans and the other items in a bag. When arrested, he said he intended to sell the clothing in order to buy heroin. He also said he knew stealing was wrong but 'I really needed heroin.'
15A 20-year-old Glendale woman was arrested for absolute sobriety/driving under the influence of a controlled substance after going 43 mph in the distress lane in the 6600 block of I-43 at 12:35 a.m. Dec. 16. When asked if she knew why she was stopped she asked, 'Speeding?' She admitted having two drinks hours before and two bowls of marijuana a few minutes before. She also realized she was high from marijuana and was taken for a blood draw.
16A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of 0.04 grams of marijuana, driving while suspended, with a prior conviction, and along with another 20-year-old Milwaukee man for theft at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3 p.m. Dec. 17. An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for theft/possession of a booster bag and a warrant. The woman held the bag while the men put items valued at $150 inside. They drove off but were stopped.

17A 25-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for disorderly conduct after running through hallways and pounding on doors in the 4400 block of North Oakland Avenue at 4 a.m. Dec. 14.
18A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for driving while suspended, failure to wear a seat belt, a warrant and open intoxicants in the 1800 block of East Beverly Road at 7:10 p.m. Dec. 14.
19A 16-year-old Slinger girl was arrested for possession of 1 gram marijuana and an 18-year-old Slinger woman for open intoxicants - 'hard lemonade' - after the car they were in was stopped for no headlights in the 3800 block of North Morris Boulevard at 1:24 a.m. Dec. 15. A 19-year-old Slinger woman, the driver, was warned for driving without lights.
20An employee reported a man being lewd and lascivious at Big Bay Brewing, 4517 N. Oakland Ave., about 2:50 p.m. Dec. 16. He entered the bar with a laptop, sat down, and a short time later was seen pulling down his pants and touching himself inappropriately. Police were called but the man fled before they arrived.
21A 29-year-old Shorewood woman was arrested for battery/domestic violence related after punching and slapping her father as he drove a car in the 4400 block of North Murray Avenue at 9:15 p.m. Dec. 15.
22A window was smashed and a car stereo valued at $100 taken in the 3500 block of North Cramer Street sometime before 1:30 p.m. Dec. 16. Damage was $200.
23Two cars were reported entered but nothing reported taken in the 3800 block of North Oakland Avenue on Dec. 18 or 19.
24A robbery was reported at Martinizing Dry Cleaning, 3596 N. Oakland Ave., at 6:48 p.m. Dec. 18. A man entered an unlocked back door, implied he had a weapon and got away with more than $300. He was a male, about 5-feet 10-inches tall, with long dread locks, wearing baggy black pants and sweat shirt.
25A 1997 Toyota Avalon was taken from a driveway in the 2000 block of East Jarvis Street between 8 p.m. Dec. 18 and 7 a.m. Dec. 19. It was recovered in the 4400 block of North Oakland Avenue at 11:25 p.m. Dec. 19. There was no report of damage.
26A fence was reported damaged in the 4700 block of North Berkeley Boulevard 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Dec. 16. The amount of damage was not listed.
A resident reported a credit card account was fraudulently opened in her name Dec. 18. That card was canceled. She also reported an attempt to purchase items at a local store. That, too, was stopped.
27A 34-year-old Milwaukee man was warned for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at the Jewish Community Center, 6255 N. Santa Monica Blvd., at 2 p.m. Dec. 18.
28A juvenile Whitefish Bay boy was arrested on two courts of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 4700 block of North Sheffield Avenue about 8:50 p.m. Dec. 18. Police had been called to the home earlier because of 'an issue' with the boy.
Police received a call reporting that a 19-year-old Whitefish Bay man had threatened to kill his parents and himself if they called police at 3 p.m. Dec. 18. When police arrived at the home, no one was there. They found out that the parents were able to drive the man to a hospital and he was then transferred to the Milwaukee County Mental Health Complex.
