Brown Deer and Glendale recently combined municipal courts to form the North Shore Municipal Court. The two municipal judge positions, currently held by David M. Victor in Brown Deer and Christopher Lipscomb in Glendale, will be replaced with a single traveling judge with a three-year term. Officials expect each municipality to contribute its current judge's salary toward the new judge, $8,000 annually from Brown Deer and $14,000 annual from Glendale. Because the position is multi-jurisdictional, applicants must file with the Milwaukee County Election Commission, located in Milwaukee County Courthouse room 307-D, 901 N. Ninth St.
