Since 2010, the village has allowed establishments to sell wine for off-premises consumption from 6 a.m. to midnight daily. The new ordinance extends the provision to sales of beer and liquor during the same time frame.
Both ordinances follow state statutes. Establishments cannot sell more than 4 liters of beer and liquor at any one time to a consumer. All beverages must be sealed when a person leaves the premises of an establishment.
